ALL THINGS BRIGHT AND BEAUTIFUL…

Whilst people occasionally choose to be daring with their kitchen cabinets and opt for a bold colour, the leading trend is to choose white or a pale neutral. For the majority of people this is the safest, most versatile option that is easy to live with, particularly as it is easy to accessorise with colour in a variety of ways.

Brightly coloured linens are a fantastic way to inject some instant colour into your kitchen scheme. This is the perfect opportunity to really indulge in some vibrant colour without any commitment as you can simply fold them up and put them away when you feel like a change.

Splash backs are another great way to add colour and interest to the room… you could add colour with glass or ceramic tiles, or of course you could opt for an illuminated splash back from LiteTile Ltd  to jazz things up a bit… remember Litetile can also create a printed glass panel using any image you choose… !

You do not have to restrict yourself too much by trying to coordinate everything all the time, you may find that a rainbow of bright cookware or a combination of brightly coloured appliances works just as well. The Kenwood kMix range have a great selection of brightly coloured appliances that look far to good to hide in the cupboard.

Lastly, a bright wall clock or kitchen themed print is another simple way to zap some life into your kitchen… I adore this print from http://www.etsy.com/shop/BonMotPhraseology.
